Yanren Zhang

Prof. Yanren Zhang received his PhD in Economics from the University of Aberdeen, King’s College (UK) in 2013. Yanren’s research focuses on applied game theory, behavioral contract theory and development economics, with particular interests in (1) firm innovation and inventor mobility, (2) dynastic management in family firms, (3) self-serving belief and workaholic behavior, (4) labor mobility and regional integration, and (5) myth building and state capacity in quantitative economic history.
