Lucas Conwell
University College LondonLucas Conwell is a development and spatial economist whose research focuses on informal urban institutions in developing countries as well as the government role in infrastructure provision. In ongoing work, he studies the efficiency of the minibus systems which provide most urban transport in African cities as well as the car orientation of US and European cities. This fall, he will join University College London as a Lecturer in Economics.
