Klaus Schmidt-Hebbel

Klaus Schmidt-Hebbel is an international consultant, advisor, and public speaker. He is Professor of Economics at Universidad del Desarrollo. Dr. Schmidt-Hebbel held the position of Chief Economist of the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Director of the OECD Economics Department in Paris in 2008-2009. Mr. Schmidt-Hebbel holds a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BA and a MA in Economics from the Catholic University of Chile.
